Description 

We are looking for a physician to provide locum service for a full practice, 4 day per week maternity leave, beginning January 2027. We utilize Accuro EMR, the applicant should be familiar with its use. Crestview is a modern clinic with in house EKG and Spirometry testing, a minor procedure room, and involvement with the St. James My Health Team. We are a collaborative clinic with 9 Family Physicians, a Pediatrician, a Rehab Physiatrist and a Psychiatrist. We also have a Pharmacy in the clinic as well as a Medical Esthetician. Physicians are expected to do their own billing creation, but we have in house billing submission and reconcilliation/​resubmission.
