Manitoba has a record physician shortage and it is affecting patients’ access to care and physicians’ workloads. That’s why it’s a top concern for physicians and for Doctors Manitoba.

We are committed to continuing our work to reverse this shortage, through advocacy for measures that increase physician retention and recruitment, creating partnerships and collaborating across the health care system, by researching and analyzing what works best, and most importantly, listening to our members for their perspectives and solutions.
