MDCare is a confidential clinic that provides practicing physicians with adult and child/​adolescent psychiatry services and adult and child/​adolescent psychological assessment and treatment services. It is staffed by a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, and marriage and family therapists.

Any licensed, practicing physician in the province of Manitoba, physician spouses or common-law partners, and dependent children (under 18 years) are eligible and can self-refer by calling the MDCare program phone number.

Referrals are reviewed for appropriateness and are subject to availability.
