Each organization receives:

  • Consultation with site leadership and Doctors Manitoba to determine readiness, review peer support evidence, and learn about program details
  • Up to 4 hours of peer support training (asynchronous training available)
  • Honoraria for physicians who participate in peer support training 
  • Quarterly Peer Support physician leader meetings with Doctors Manitoba
  • Semi-annual multi-organization Peer Support Community of Practice meetings with Doctors Manitoba to build skills, debrief, etc. 
  • Annual multi-site peer support training to expand teams
  • Additional ad-hoc meetings between individual networks and/​or physician leaders and DRMB are available if additional support is required 
  • Evaluation tools and support 
  • Ongoing support and coordination from a dedicated Peer Support Doctors Manitoba staff
