- Honoraria for physicians who participate in peer support training
- Quarterly Peer Support physician leader meetings with Doctors Manitoba
- Semi-annual multi-organization Peer Support Community of Practice meetings with Doctors Manitoba to build skills, debrief, etc.
- Annual multi-site peer support training to expand teams
- Additional ad-hoc meetings between individual networks and/or physician leaders and DRMB are available if additional support is required
- Evaluation tools and support
- Ongoing support and coordination from a dedicated Peer Support Doctors Manitoba staff
