If you are in crisis and in need of immediate assistance, help is available by:

- by calling/texting 988 for the Suicide Crisis Helpline (24−7)
- going to the Crisis Response Centre at 817 Bannatyne Avenue in Winnipeg or proceed to the nearest Emergency department outside of Winnipeg.
If you’re in distress or need help dealing with burnout, depression or other issues, Doctors Manitoba has services for physicians and medical learners, MLPIMG participants, and their families.
Our Physician Health Programs offer confidential individual and couples counselling, group and individual peer support, and substance use and additions medicine support. All services are provided at no cost and are scheduled to accommodate your availability. Secure virtual appointments are an option.
