Description 

Sage Creek Medical Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a commitment to improving patient health outcomes through effective communication and personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality patient care in a variety of settings including home care and hospital environments.
2. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
4. Administer medications and manage pain effectively while ensuring patient safety.
5. Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
6. Maintain accurate medical records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for patients.

Qualifications

• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba 
• Current liability insurance through Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
