Our clinic is equipped with fully functional examination rooms and a comprehensive medical supply room, ensuring a supportive environment for both physicians and patients in this growing community.
Job Description
We are looking for full-time permanent Family Physicians to join our team. The successful candidates will provide family medicine services on both a walk-in and appointment basis, maintaining the highest professional standards as guided by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD).
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Medicolegal insurance (CMPA or equivalent) required prior to starting practice.
- Must provide a valid Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Check, and Adult Abuse Check.
- A signed 5‑year Return of Service Agreement is required.
- Professional duties are to be performed in English.
Compensation & Benefits
- Remuneration: Fee-for-service based on the agreement between Doctors Manitoba and Manitoba Health (MHHLS).
- Overhead Split: 80/20 split (Physician retains 80%).
- Incentive: No overhead fees for the first three (3) months of practice.
- Benefits: Option to participate in our Group Benefits Plan on a 50/50 cost-sharing basis or via the Manitoba Medical Association. Coverage includes extended medical, dental, and disability insurance.
