Description 

I am leaving a ~850 patient fee-for-service primary care panel, and trying to find a replacement to take over my patient care. I work 3.5−4 clinic days/​week (3 in person, and 1 virtual). The clinic is an approx 50min commute from Winnipeg. We have an onsite lab, pharmacy, nurse (for vaccinations), shared care resources (mental health counsellors, chronic disease nurses and dieticians), dedicated pharmacist, and MOAs. If interested, could discuss further with myself and also our clinics general manager (who would be the one to sign a contract with my replacement). Overhead varies, depending how much your income is. There are opportunities to participate in low-risk obstetrics, surgical assist call, rehab hospital medicine, and PCH care as well if you are interested. Happy to chat details if you’re interested!
