Description 

Chosen Care Clinic is seeking to recruit a sports medicine physician for 1 to 2 days per week. The overhead will be 20%. Consults will be provided through our consult pool, and we can typically provide 20 to 30 consults on a weekly basis. These would include general musculoskeletal consultations.

The clinic provides a large room that is sufficient to perform musculoskeletal medicine. Upon special request, a second smaller room may be available. Chosen Care Clinic functions and is based out of Munroe Medical Center. Within Munroe Medical Center, there is access to in-house X‑rays and a pharmacy. In addition, there is also a quick care clinic called Kaylo Medical Center.

We are a brand-new state-of-the-art facility clinic, recently built in March 2024. We are well-positioned close to Concordia General Hospital and many family medicine clinics, including a family medicine clinic within Munroe Medical Center called Munroe Medical Clinic. We have very strong, well-established referral relationships.

We also have an affiliate in-house physical therapy team and a 2,500 square foot gym facility called Stand-Up Rehabilitation.
