The new eConsult platform is live as of today, October 22, following a major change by Shared Health Digital Services. This means the two original platforms, BASE and Store and Forward, are now retired. Moving to a single platform is a change, but it brings all eConsult options together in one spot. 

Below you will find links to Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and log in information. 

You can log in to eConsultCX at https://​mb​.ecep​tion​ist​.com/

• Your user name is your Shared Health, RHA or Hospital email address (e.g. jdoe@​sharedhealthmb.​ca; jdoe@​pmh-​mb.​ca; jdoe@​southernhealth.​ca; jdoe@​ierha.​ca; jdoe@​nrha.​ca, jdoe@​hsc.​ca etc.)
• Password: Do not enter a password on this screen, click continue with Microsoft. 
• If prompted with a SHM Authentication screen enter user name and your current Shared Health or regional network password (the same password used to access applications such as eChart). 
• If not currently using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) you may be prompted to complete the MFA setup process (see link to instructions below).

A streamline login process will be introduced next week and the process will be communicated prior to the change.

Optional Overview and Q&A Sessions

Optional virtual sessions are available to help users prepare to use the system. Sessions are offered separately for Referring and Consulting Physicians. Users looking for a brief overview of key changes may attend a 30-minute overview and Q&A session, while those seeking more in-depth training and workflow instruction are encouraged to register for a 60-minute training session.
