With extensive clinical experience, she brings deep empathy and skill to her practice, emphasizing co-regulation, strength-based healing, and creative approaches such as mindfulness and art-based practices.

Dr. Shelley Anderson has been appointed Associate Chief Medical Officer for Indigenous Health at the WRHA. Doctors Manitoba congratulates Dr. Anderson on this important new role and she will continue to serve as Medical Director for Doctors Manitoba’s clinical programs until February 282026

Dr. Alexis Botkin has expanded her role as Medical Lead for Physician Health and Wellness, advancing advocacy, peer support, and strategies to reduce administrative burden. Her expanded portfolio focuses on system-level wellness and long-term support for physicians and learners across Manitoba.

Thomas McKie, therapist, utilizes a trauma informed and person-centred approach to support members and their families as they navigate challenging experiences in their professional and personal lives.
