Digital Shared Services will be upgrading eChart on August 23, with changes and improvements that will affect all users. 

Upgrades will include: 

• New summary view for encounters, medications, labs, pathology, and imaging. 
• Moving to a cloud-hosted service with better flexibility and security. 
• For users accessing through a web viewer or EMR, the new version will bring back a tabular view for encounters, medications and labs. 
• For users accessing through a hospital EPR, there are improvements to navigation and the look and feel of the app. 
• Ability to customize some configurations for each user.

eChart users should watch a training video prior to using the upgraded version. There are also other training and reference resources:
