The switch from Cortext to TigerConnect for clinical secure messaging is set for September 24, 2024, at 9 a.m.

You can now download and login to TigerConnect. You are now able to login, review the learning materials and set your notification settings in TigerConnect.

You will need to make sure you have downloaded and installed TigerConnect on your desktop and/​or mobile device. Please complete the steps in the Quick Reference Guide to prepare for this transition. 

Desktop Users: Initial Setup — Desktop You will need approximately 5 minutes to complete this set-up.

Mobile Users: Initial Setup — Mobile Before beginning you will need access to a laptop/​workstation (with Wi-Fi), your mobile device and approximately 15 – 20 minutes to complete this set-up.

• In-person support: available at select healthcare facilities. The schedule will be posted here.
• Virtual One-on-One Appointment: Schedule a 30-minute virtual one-on-one appointment with Service Desk to get help downloading and setting up the applications. To schedule an appointment, send an email to CortextTransition@​sharedhealthmb.​ca with the following information and a support representative will reach out to confirm your appointment availability: Date and time that works best for you; Contact information – the best email and phone number to reach you at.
