Crucial Conversations for Accountability (Virtual)
Note: Crucial Conversations is a prerequisite for attending this course.
The Crucial Conversations for Accountability course is designed to empower participants with the tools and techniques necessary to handle challenging conversations that require clear accountability, mutual respect, and effective outcomes. This course builds on the skills learned in the Crucial Conversations for Dialogue course about navigating high-stakes discussions where emotions may run high, stakes are significant, and opinions differ. By focusing on open dialogue, collaboration, and actionable follow-through, participants learn to foster trust, drive accountability, and achieve desired results in both personal and professional settings.
Through interactive workshops, real-world scenarios, and practical exercises, participants gain skills to address performance gaps, establish shared expectations, and ensure alignment, even in the most complex situations.
