Description 

Sage Creek Medical Center is seeking a Locum Physician to join our team for month of August. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical examinations, including medical histories, and physical examinations.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test results, including blood tests, imaging studies, and other screening tests.
• Develop personalized health plans and provide recommendations for lifestyle modifications, preventive measures, and follow-up care.
• Communicate effectively with patients providing clear explanations of their health status, test results, and recommended interventions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with CPSM standards.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).
• Current liability insurance through Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
