You can now apply for your CMPA Rebate and enroll in direct deposit for faster and more convenient rebate payments.

Please have your bank account information on hand, including a photo of your cheque or banking institution direct deposit info.

Log in and enroll in direct deposit for faster payments. Payments will be processed fastest for members who log in to the Member Portal and enroll in direct deposit. If you continue your application without logging in (as a guest) and/​or do not enroll in direct deposit, there is much more manual processing involved and your payment may take a few weeks longer as a result. 

Continue Without Logging In

This is useful if you have not set up a Member Portal account, or if you are submitting an application on behalf of a physician. Applications submitted this way may take longer to process.
