CPSM Certificate of Practice Rebate
Doctors Manitoba has negotiated a special two-year reimbursement on physicians license fee (certificate of practice fee) from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba. The reimbursement is funded under the Manitoba Government’s Health Human Resource Action Plan, and it is intended to be one of many actions to recognize and retain physicians in Manitoba.

You can apply for a full rebate on your 2022 – 23 and 2023 – 24 CPSM certificate of practice fee.
Log in to the Member Portal for faster processing. Payments will be processed fastest for members who log in to the Member Portal and enroll in direct deposit. If you continue your application without logging in (as a guest) and/or do not enroll in direct deposit, there is much more manual processing involved and your payment may take a few weeks longer as a result.
