WCB Rates (2022−2026)

The new agreement includes increases each year, including:

• 2.0% effective Jan 1, 2022
• 2.5% effective Jan 1, 2023
• 2.5% effective Jan 1, 2024
• 3.0% effective Jan 1, 2025
• 3.0% effective Jan 1, 2026

Physicians can expect to see retroactive payment adjustments for services provided dating back to January 1, 2022. Please note that retroactive payments will be calculated automatically by the WCB, there is no action required on your behalf.

New service codes have been added to the agreement to recognize the value of services provided to WCB Claimants requiring surgery. This includes expedited consultation and surgical services.
