The Think Tank will bring together physicians, employers, and labour organizations to discuss how to reduce the use of sick notes, alternative approaches to managing sick-related absences, and finding more efficient ways of obtaining accommodation and return-to-work advice. Our goal is to build consensus about how to reduce or eliminate requests that are not adding value while improving requests where medical expertise is required.
