We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team either full time or part time. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across various age groups.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Provide preventative care, including immunizations and health screenings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Accuro.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and health lifestyle choices.
- Stay current with advancements in family medicine and medical terminology.
Experience:
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution
- Certification in Family Medicine is preferred
- Experience in a medical office or hospital setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with home care practices is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient centered care while maintaining professional standards.
