Seeking 6 General Practitioners, OBGYN, GIM / Endocrinology, Cardiology and other specialties to join our team

Location: 200 – 701 Regent Avenue West. The 6,900 sq. ft clinic (formerly Transcona Medical Clinic)

• 24 spacious exam rooms, 1 treatment room, kitchen, and staff lounge

Currently: 4 family physicians, Shared Care Psychiatry and counsellor, Diabetic Nurse, independednt psychotherapists specialized in CBT/​DBT/​trauma

• Legacy/​Elite sports medicine and XR clinic adjacent. Laboratory nearby.
• Other in-house services we will add: EKG and spirometry. Regent Park pharmacy is also in our plaza.
• Incremental overhead (15 – 25%), the more you work/​bill the less overhead you will pay
• Full-time family docs can expect to earn up to >600k annually after overhead
• Billing service is included in the overhead
• LibreMD EMR w/​AI scribe included
• Create your schedule however you like, even work part-time
• We plan to extend our hours from 9am to 8pm, with a walk-in component.
• For new/​recent grads, we will offer a 5 – 20k signing bonus to help you pay off your loans!
