Physicians working in hospitals or with RHA privileges are required to submit an annual attestation form, and this year Shared Health has introduced an online portal. Their hope is to streamline the process to confirm compliance, demographic updates, and appointment/privilege reviews, replacing paper forms from years prior. We are informing you about this new process, and inviting your feedback too.

Deadline: All physicians with hospital appointments and privileges are asked to complete the attestation by Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

Why it matters: According to Shared Health, if attestation is not completed annually, privileges may be impacted. According to Bylaw 5.8.1 (iv) a Practitioner may lose their privileges granted by the authority if they fail to file their attestation within 60 days of the deadline for its submission.

How it works:

  • Review the self-registration quick reference guide from Shared Health before you begin.
  • The email you enter should be your primary health authority-issued or Manitoba-physicians email address, which will then become your username.
  • Visit the Attestation Portal Link to log in and begin the attestation process.
