This series is an opportunity for members to hear perspectives on leadership from their colleagues. Themes will be connection with others, connection with self and connection in balance. Each panel will have a medical student, a resident and an attending physician, and be co-facilitated with a medical student representative and Dr. Ming-Ka Chan, Office of Leadership Education, Rady Faculty of Health.

This series is offered with generous support from Canadian Medical Association, Doctors Manitoba has partnered with the University of Manitoba, Office of Leadership Education for Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, to develop a speaker series on Physician Leadership in Challenging Times: Building Capacity Through Connection. The Doctors Manitoba and Rady Office of Leadership Education Joint Leadership Education Series is a self-approved group learning activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
