Call for Nominations
Winnipeg Family Medicine District
This is the official call for nominations for eligible physicians to serve as Winnipeg Family Medicine District Representative on the Doctors Manitoba Board of Directors for the remainder of a 2025 – 2027 term.
At our Annual General Meeting on April 15, Dr. Erin Olivier, was confirmed as our President-Elect for 2026/27. This means her position as one of the three representatives for the Winnipeg Family Medicine District is now vacant.
You can view the complete Eligible Physician List here. Any physician whose name appears on the Eligible Physician List is eligible to nominate or be nominated to serve on the Doctors Manitoba Board of Directors in your district.
Currently, the following groups are underrepresented on our Board: women, Indigenous, and racially and ethnically diverse physicians.
Nominations will be accepted until 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 17, 2026. If more than one candidate is nominated, a vote will be conducted after the close of nominations.
