Description 

Our outpatient medical facility in East St. Paul, MB, 1 minute north of the perimeter on Henderson Hwy, is looking for family physicians or specialists interested in opening their practice. The starting date is very flexible. We can accommodate full-time or part-time, which would allow for other interests, or up to 5 days per week. Other opportunities within the clinic include a lumps and bumps clinic if you like doing biopsies and the clinic is set up for basic women’s health such as paps and IUDs. For family phsicians, there is an opportunity to add 1 – 2 days per week of walk-in clinic if you prefer. You would be supported by 3 – 4 front desk staff, 4 specialists (Rheumatology and Dermatology, Psychiatry and a Neurologist) and there is an in house pharmacy. Within the same building, there is a physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, occupational therapist who does mental health counselling, acupuncturist, and naturopath. We are set up for telemedicine and have remote access for Accuro, our EMR system. We are a part of the Health Teams initiative to gain access for the patients in multiple areas including but not limited to physio, OT, mental health therapy, pain mgmt etc. You would have full control of your schedule and Dr. Patenaude would be available to mentor you through the transition to practice, if you prefer. You would be taught how to bill fee for service on an EMR.
