This skills session offers hands-on training focused on the insertion and management of implantable contraceptive devices. Participants will have the opportunity to practice insertion techniques using simulation models, learn strategies for handling difficult insertions, and review post-insertion care protocols. The session will also include case-based discussions to reinforce clinical decision-making, patient counselling, and complication management, ensuring participants leave with increased confidence and competence in providing this form of contraception.
