Crucial Conversations for Master Dialogue: Health Care — Fridays Nov 17 — Dec 15
Crucial Conversations® help you acquire skills to engage in high stakes situations, and transform disagreement to dialogue. A culture of dialogue in health care can improve patient safety and professional fulfillment.

This workshop is virtual, taking place Friday afternoons 2 – 4:30pm, Nov 17, 24, Dec 1,8,15.
This online course is open to all faculty of the Max Rady College of Medicine and Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba.
Objectives:
After completing Crucial Conversations®, participants will have the skills to:
- identify when conversations become crucial;
- engage others in addressing challenging issues;
- navigate emotional, high-stakes conversations toward resolution and action;
- acquire practical skills to address challenges in health-care systems.
