This workshop is virtual, taking place Friday afternoons 2 – 4:30pm, Nov 17, 24, Dec 1,8,15.

This online course is open to all faculty of the Max Rady College of Medicine and Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba.


Objectives:

After completing Crucial Conversations®, participants will have the skills to:

  • identify when conversations become crucial;
  • engage others in addressing challenging issues;
  • navigate emotional, high-stakes conversations toward resolution and action;
  • acquire practical skills to address challenges in health-care systems.
